Recycled and Sustainable
Our pavers are made from up to 95% post-consumer recycled tire rubber and plastics. This helps to divert material from landfills and repurpose them to extend their life. In addition to reclaiming materials, our pavers last a long time, which reduces the need to use more materials in order to replace pavers or decking.
Our manufacturing process also uses 95% less energy than conventional paver production, creates 96% less CO2 emissions, and requires zero water consumption. As of 2016, Aspire Pavers, then known as Azek, had diverted more than 25 million pounds of scrap from landfills in the nine years since their introduction. That number has only grown over the last seven years.
Since they are made from recycled materials, Aspire Pavers are eligible for LEED points on building projects.
Quick and Easy to Install
Traditional pavers require a pedestal installation system that is both complex and heavy. Aspire’s recycled plastic pavers, however, use our patented grid system for installation. This system takes 40% less time than traditional concrete paver installation.
To install, simply lay the grid on the surface of the rooftop deck and place the pavers onto the grid. The pavers can be cut to size around obstacles or on the edge of the surface, by simply using a miter saw or jigsaw.
In areas where wind uplift is a concern or around the edge of the surface, you can use a good quality landscape adhesive to attach the pavers directly to the grid. These pavers can be installed by any qualified contractor and can even work as a DIY project.
Backed by a 20-Year Limited Warranty
Our 20-year limited warranty guarantees that our pavers will be free from material defects in workmanship and materials that occur as a result of the manufacturing process or under normal use and service conditions that result in splitting, chipping, spalling, delamination, rotting, or decay.
In addition to the 20-year warranty, we guarantee that Aspire Pavers won’t crack in residential applications for as long as the purchaser owns the property.

Lightweight

Unlike concrete and porcelain pavers that are heavy and often require structural reinforcement to hold their weight, Aspire Pavers typically don’t require any additional structural support which can keep the overall cost of the project lower.
Low Maintenance
Wood requires sealants and stains to maintain its appearance and concrete requires replacement when it cracks or stains. Aspire Pavers are easy to clean and don’t require maintenance other than periodic cleaning to remove debris.
